Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) is a
resin from the polyester family. Its a commodity plastic widely used in
synthetic fibers, consumer packaging and engineering resins. Its properties
offer many advantages, but its success has produced large quantities of
post-consumer waste and growing environmental concerns. Limited
resources for the production of virgin PET and limited space
for its disposal has motivated our company to recover this
valuable commodity.
Annually, we process 54,000 mts (120 million lbs) of recycled PET, or rPET,
to be re-introduced to the market through various products. rPET is used to manufacture reprocessed pellets, eco-fiber,
strapping, sheet for consumer packaging and our engineering composites for injection. Our
operations carry EPA, ISO, FDA, EEC, IECQ & UL certifications. By converting plastic waste into usable raw
materials, we offer Green Alternatives to consumers, brands and manufacturers. Our recycling operation has proven to reduce energy consumption
& CO2 emissions. All recycled products can
be customized for your operation. Our Recycling Operation![]()
Our rPET flakes are used to manufacture reprocessed pellets, eco-fiber, poly straps, sheets for consumer packaging & our engineering composites. The quality of the flake is essential for our own processing. By producing 54,000 mts, or 120 million lbs / year, we can supply a wide variety of markets where rPET is on high demand. Spec. Sheet
